    Your role in Junior Inside Roles will be to assist Account Executives in providing the best customer experience to new and existing customers. You will do this by understanding our customers’ needs, providing expert product knowledge, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process.
MyTiCon Timber Connectors Inc is a specialty connection system supplier for heavy and mass timber connections in residential and commercial projects. We are a young dynamic team of engineers and business professionals working to change the way we build green sustainable wood buildings in North America. Our goal is to bring the most efficient and effective connection technologies to the conservative world of construction in both Canada and the US.
Our head office and warehouse are located in Surrey, BC, Canada with a  satellite sales office in Montreal, Qc. This position is full-time at the Surrey office.

Your Role
Your role in Junior Inside Roles will be to assist Account Executives in providing the best customer experience to new and existing customers. You will do this by understanding our customers’ needs, providing expert product knowledge, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is both professional and personable, and is motivated to make the sale. Working in inside sales, you will be primarily responding to incoming calls and emails. Daily tasks will include creating sales quotes, processing sales order, booking shipments, processing payments and working closely with our Technical Support team to offer product solutions.
As a key member of the sales team, you will play an important role in expanding our presence in the growing North American Mass Timber Industry.
This is a diversified position with potential to grow into a Key Account Executive role. Opportunities may be available to travel to tradeshows and events in major North American cities.

Requirements
  • Undergrad in Business, Communication or a relevant program from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Genuine passion for helping people
  • Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with all levels of the organization as well as external customers
  • Goal-oriented self-starter who is driven to succeed
  • A good instinct for sales and building relationships with customers
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Technology savvy
Assets
  • Willing & able to travel throughout North America
  • Experience working with SAP B1
  • Ability to speak and write in French or Spanish
